This is the smoothie of the week – so simple and so delicious.
Another Almond Mylk based smoothie, this time with:
4 glasses of cold Almond Mylk
1 tbsp. Troo Food Cacao
1 tsp. Açaí Berry powder *
1 tsb. Carob powder
6 dates

- Contains 19 amino acids necessary for building healthy proteins throughout the body.

I have actually substituted this for my morning coffee… I was dubious before starting because everytime Icut out coffee I get a miserable migraine…not with the cacao smoothie, I’m hooked.
