with Daphne, Demi and Alex from Greece

8th – 10th May 2015
Info & registration: lanza.a@icloud.com

Join us for a weekend retreat in Rocca de Giorgi, (Pavia), in our beautiful farmhouse, less than an hour from Milan. The aim of the retreat is to reconnect with our own bodies, nature, and the food that nourishes us. We will be doing yoga, dance, cooking classes, and planting seeds within and beyond.

In these modern times we are living in we have lost our connection to what is providing us with the energy needed to live our lives in a good way. In order to live a happy, healthy life we need to have our body and soul nourished. In this course we will see how to reconnect with the natural cycles, understanding that we are part of nature.

With simple yoga and body movement we will enjoy our bodies, release the physical and mental tension and see how we can just be in the flow of life fully relaxed. Cooking our own food with simple and healthy way, we will see how to create the best environment for our inner fire, our spirit and our soul. And using the permaculture idea we will see how to plant our own food, using natural material that is provided by mother nature in our own environment. Nothing is wasted in nature, everything is recycled and renewed and we will see how to facilitate this process in our daily life!
