
Eating naturally and organically means adhering to nature’s law and eating whatever is in season- since our food has been modified and messed with I think a lot of us don’t know what is actually in season and when!
With the help of my farmer friends, I will be posting what herbs, veggies, fruits, nuts and seeds are in season every month here in Greece.
